Living in Orange Country, Rosarito was Elliot and Kim’s favorite getaway. And everytime they visited, they chose to come back to Las Rocas Beach Resort.
The Elliot Blair Foundation
The Elliot Blair Foundation seeks to honor Elliot’s legacy by providing scholarships and educational resources to at-risk youth, including youth navigating the juvenile justice system.
